Quotes and order confirmation
Submitting an inquiry does not place an order or confirm a price. Final specifications, quantities, prices, payment arrangements and delivery details are set out in the quotation, invoice or written order confirmation agreed for your project.
Product information
Website images and descriptions help illustrate product options. Materials, dimensions, colors, branding and packaging for your order should be confirmed in the final specification or approved sample.
Artwork and customization
Please provide accurate specifications and artwork that you are authorized to use. Confirm logo placement, sizes, colors and other customization details before production begins. Changes may affect cost and schedule and should be discussed with our team.
Samples and production schedules
Sample arrangements, charges and estimated production times are confirmed for each project. The schedule depends on material availability, quantity and timely approval of specifications.
Payment and shipping
Use the payment terms stated in your confirmed quotation or invoice. Shipping charges, transport arrangements and responsibility for destination duties or taxes should be clarified in writing before ordering. Transit estimates depend on the carrier, route and customs processing.
Order changes and product concerns
Contact our team as soon as possible with your order reference for changes, cancellation requests or a product concern. Include relevant details and photographs where appropriate. The options available depend on the stage of production and the terms agreed for that order.
