01Information you provide

When you contact us, we receive the details you submit, such as your name, email, company, preferred messaging app and contact number, product requirements, quantities, messages and uploaded files.

02Technical information

The inquiry system uses technical information such as IP address and an approximate country derived from it to help detect spam and review suspicious inquiries. Country estimates can be inaccurate, including when a VPN is used. This does not request your device’s precise GPS location.

03How inquiries are used

We use your information to respond, prepare quotations, discuss samples and manufacturing, keep inquiry records and protect the form from misuse. Inquiry notifications are sent to our business email, and records are stored in our website administration system.

04Service providers and external links

Website hosting, email and other service providers may process information as part of operating these services. If you follow a link to WhatsApp, social media or another external service, that service’s own privacy practices apply.

05Cookies and browser storage

Website features and installed services may use cookies or browser storage. The loading animation uses session storage to remember that it has already appeared in the current tab. You can manage cookies and storage in your browser; blocking them may affect some features.

06Uploaded files and retention

Only submit files needed for your inquiry and that you are authorized to share. Avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or identity documents through the quote form. Inquiry records are kept for business follow-up and administration. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information.
